  1. would you be able to list some of your sources? I’m a big believer in this and trying to convert some of my more skeptic peers with some scholarly articles or studies around this. Thanks!

  2. I can’t recommend smoking this more than as a flavoring. It sweetens nicely and makes a good herbal tea. I had no effects from smoking it.

  3. Hello,
I’m desperately looking to stop smoking tobacco & replace it with raspberry leaf,
    I see you’ve written:
    people who take sedative medication
should not use in the form of
    herbal tea or cigarettes..
Why is this and what can happen?

    I take anti-physcotic medication
    (Quitiepene – Seroquel)

  4. I dried some raspberry leaves and tried a smoke. It had a unpleasant taste and gave me a mild head ache. Can’t say I liked it much.

  5. “Raspberry leaf contains a lot of medicinal compounds such as tannins, flavonoids, ellagic acid, vitamin A, C, potassium, calcium and phosphorus.”
Almost none of which (except flavonoids) can come through the smoke.
