Supportive – or kicker – herbs can be used to potentiate an herbal blend. These herbs will have a more potent high or medicinal benefits. In order to craft an herbal blend, you will usually want to mix this with a lighter base and flavoring herbs. Kicker herbs constitute roughly 30% of an herbal blend.
